August Senior Portraits at Brecksville Reservation

/ August 23, 2020/ Sessions Showcase/ 0 comments

This gorgeous young lady found a beautiful little hideaway near her house where we took this first set of portraits on a brick bridge. The charming area reminded me of a little fairy tale, and her books she brought tied it all together.

I loved having the opportunity to photography Katie’s daughter, as this is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to photograph her family!

We then moved to Brecksville Reservation an hour or so before sunset, and this particular area was new for me to photograph. It was a great way to start this season heading into fall!

I love her props. These days I am not bringing blankets or stools, as we are being conscious of social distancing protocols, but these small but personal items really brought out her personality and intention behind her portraits.

And I always need to get a photograph in a field wherever I find! I love the soft texture we get behind the subject with a shallower depth of field.

Good luck this year, especially during these times. I hope you and your family stay healthy and well!
